Quick Language Translation for WP using Google Ajax Translate
Add Google AJAX Translation to your blog. This plugin allows your readers to translate your blog posts, pages, or comments into 52 languages.
The Google AJAX Translation WordPress plugin provides a quick, simple, and light way to add translation to your blog.
A “Translate” button can be added to the bottom or top of posts, pages, and/or comments. When the button is clicked a popup window opens showing a list of available languages.
Install Google Ajax Translation
Search for Google Ajax Translation after clicking “Add New” on the Plugins administration menu. Click the “Install Now” link and the plugin will be automatically installed.
You can download the plugin from the WordPress site by going to the plugin page, http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-ajax-translation/
After installing be sure to activate the plugin by clicking the link.
Go to the settings page
After activating the plugin you will be returned to the plugin page, and now you need to click “Settings” to specify which languages to show.
Choose a link style
If you are going to specify all the languages, you might consider using Language Text or Flag Icon and Text. Flags by them selves are often confusing for users.

The final step is to make sure you have a checkmark next to each language you want to have as an option.
What your visitors will see
There will be a link positioned according to the choices you made in settings.

When people click on the the “Translate” Link on your page or post they’ll get a choice of the languages you’ve activated.
