100% New Drupal 7 Beginner Class
Over the last 3 years, we’ve launched nearly 40 video classes on Drupal.
In that time, we’ve covered theming, site-building and almost all of the most important modules.
However, our first class from 2011 was “Drupal 7 Beginner”, and that class was starting to show its age.
In the last 3 years, much has changed about Drupal 7. Some modules have been abandoned or are far less popular. Other modules have risen to become the best options for certain tasks.

So, we’ve overhauled our Drupal class with over 30 new videos, completely updated advice and new module recommendations.

Rod, this is great news. Good intro video and summary list. 2 questions:
1. Is this short video available to general public? (I’m trying to recruit 2 guys to learn Drupal)
2. Any chance that the extra Aquia videos could include – “How to perform a Critial patch/upgrade” ? I trashed my Bamboo theme when trying to upgrade to 7.32; and I have no idea how to backup the MySQL! thanks,
Mark

Hi MeFree
1. We do have a complete “Why Drupal?” video series on YouTube if that helps: http://www.youtube.com/watc…
2. With the backups, we do have a class on the Backup and Migrate module, which is the best way to backup your MySQL database.
