See You at the Joomla World Conference?

The Joomla team are doing something really different with this year’s Joomla World Conference.

Instead of being stuck in a cavernous venue with people spread over dozens of different hotels, the team chose a different and more intimate route.

This week’s Joomla World Conference is being held a resort in Cancun, Mexico and almost everyone will be staying at the venue. Hopefully this will make for a more social and collaborative conference.

There are still going to be some great presentations, particularly with keynotes from Google, Mozilla, MySQL and the Software Freedom Conservancy.

OSTraining at the Joomla World Conference

5 members of the OSTraining team will be in Cancun and 3 of us will be presenting.

Also coming to Cancun are Bill Tomczak, the lead developer behind Simple Renew, and Eddie Tabush.
