Learning Launch: Going Back to Our Roots with SEO Classes
Today is a happy day for me. OSTraining is going back to its roots.
Back in early 2007, my full-time job was doing SEO for websites. As a sideline, I wrote a Joomla SEO Book. It was just a short PDF, but it was a step into training. The book proved popular and later that year I added videos and a support forum.
During the intervening 6 years, we slowly expanded our focus to include the whole of Joomla, and then Drupal, WordPress and Coding.
Today, I’m delighted to say that we’re going back to our roots and adding several new SEO classes to OSTraining. We’re also offering SEO and marketing support in our forum.
Today we launch with two classes. Over the next three weeks, we’re adding three more classes.
There’s also a new area of the support forum for all your SEO and Marketing questions.
Here’s an overview of the live and upcoming classes. All in all, it will be over 70 SEO and marketing videos, with more to come.

Going back to my roots
In addition to being a website geek, I love soul music and today seems like a good day to share a classic song. Richie Havens became a star at Woodstock but he released this over a decade later:

Steve, this is awesome news. Forum help for SEO? Tutorials for SEO? Richie Havens too? 🙂 Fantastic.
That’s right, Hope. More SEO help.
There’s a lot more Richie Havens available for future blog posts 🙂
Great work Steve, SEO is a popular and oft requested topic whenever we get Joomla users together. I’m interested in how SEO pans out with social media, and in particular with Google+ and Authorship and how that will influence search results.
Thanks Eng. Yes, Google+ seems to have very little traction with our audience but it’s wider impact on the search results seems to be substantial. Photos and trust profiles in the search results can only help.
Really a great information about seo classes and all i like the way to shared a information about seo so really looking forward to more information in future.
