Position Instructions
- Go to Extensions, then Module Manager and click on Login Form.
- Change the Position setting from Position-7 to Position-6.
Order Instructions
- Go to Extensions, then Module Manager.
- Click on the Ordering title above the modules table so that they modules are all sorted by their order.
- Click on the blue up arrow next to Joomlaville New Years Party until it rises to the top of all the position-6 modules.
Menu Links Instructions
- Go to Extensions, then Module Manager and click on Left Column Banner.
- Change the Position setting from Position-7 to Position-12.
- Under Module Assignment, select Only on the pages selected
- Click Toggle Selection
- Under Main Menu, check the box next to Joomla Web links. Also select the sub-menu links under Joomla Web links if you like.
Time and Date Instructions
- Go to Extensions, then Module Manager.
- Click New and choose Custom HTML.
- Enter these settings:
- Title: Welcome to Our New Site
- Position: Position-6
- Finish Publishing: Make sure that you choose a date that is only a few weeks in the future. After all, you can’t continue to welcome people to your new website for too long.
- Text: Enter some text welcoming people to your new website. For example, you could write “Welcome to our new website. If you find any bugs, please contact the Joomla webmaster.” and use the link button in the editor to link the Joomla webmaster text to his contact form. The URL will likely look like this: joomlaville-contacts/joomlaville-webmaster
