Problems with Installing Modules

If you have problems with instaling modules, Drupal.org has some ideas of alternate installation methods: https://drupal.org/node/895232

One common solution is enter your FTP details in your Drupal site’s administration area.

Another solution is upload the module files manually, not using your Drupal site’s administration area.
