Magento Default Layout

In the “Magento 2 Explained” book, there are several chapters about designing your Magento site.

However, there are some elements that you can’t easily modify. In this guide, I’ll show you how those elements and give you advice and links on how to edit them.

1. Main Menu with your product categories.
2. The search box in the top-right corner
3. The “Compare Products” area.
4. The “My Wish List” area.
5. The footer menu with items such as “Privacy and Cookie Policy”, “Search Terms”, and “Contact Us”.
6. The newsletter box in the bottom-right corner
